Mischievous Love (Loki Laevatein x Reader part 1)

A (fur color)* fox ran through the halls of the Forbidden academy created by Zeus for the gods. The gods, though not pleased, had begun to accept the fact they were trapped in the school until they learned how to love humans. However, they were not expecting a new student to enter a week after them. The girl was to be introduced as (First Name) (Last Name) as a messenger to the gods, someone who traveled between the human world and the world of the gods far above the clouds.

The fox stopped, looking both ways before rounding a corner and dashing past a red head and his blond companion, both turning to each other before looking to where the fox was running down the hall way towards Zeus’ throne room.

(Name) stopped when she reached the door, looking around to make sure no one was watching before she shifted her appearance from her fox form, one she used to get around faster, to her human form, a girl with (hair length), (hair color) hair and sparkling (eye color) irises that put gemstones to shame. The girl walked into the throne room, standing nearby as Zeus called all of the other gods and Yui Kusanagi to his room once more. The gods, though not pleased, were silent, waiting to see what the blond god wanted.

(Name) walked out from her hiding spot, bowing to the gods with a swish of her tail, Loki and Balder blinking before looking at each other.

“You’re that fox from before!!” Loki exclaimed, pointing at her with a black, polished nail while Balder tilted his head, trying to figure out who exactly she was.

“Yes, and? Do you need something from me, God of Fire, Loki?” she asked him, blinking (eye color) irises at him as she tilted her head, ears tilting with her head.

“You know my name?” The red head questioned her, glaring a bit at how emotionlessly she was answering his questions.

“Correct. I know everyone’s names. Japanese Gods Susanoo and Tsukiyomi, Greek Gods Apollon, Hades and Dionysus, Egyptian Gods Thoth and Anubis, and Norse Gods Thor, Balder and you, Loki.” She stated, keeping her face neutral before a sly smile formed across her lips. “And of course,” she paused, stepping down from where she had been previously standing by Zeus’ throne to Yui, “You, young human, Yui Kusanagi. You’re much prettier in person.” The female spoke with a mischievous air to her tone now before she snickered upon seeing the girl’s face erupt into a shade of red and Yui began stuttering out a thank you. “Humans are so easy to tease!” the kitsune laughed, trying to contain her laughter by covering her mouth with her hand as she danced around the female, Yui watching her graceful movements before the kitsune smirked, realizing she was being watched by all the gods as she gracefully flipped backwards, changing mid-air into her fox form and landing on all fours before running through the now open doors and disappearing down the hall, all the gods plus Yui remaining as Zeus explained why the female had been brought to the school now instead of at first like everyone else.

“(Name) is an important person that delivers messages to and from the Gods to the humans. She, along with all of you, will be studying to learn more about the heart of humans.” The blond stated, sitting at his throne. “However, though she had been summoned, like all of you, she was unable to attend at first due to delivering messages for the goddess, Ama—“”Me!~” a female voice chirped as she walked into the room, wrapping an arm around Takeru and leaning against him. “Hiya everyone~” she waved, white hair tied into a perfect ponytail with a ribbon keeping it up as she smiled, tilting her head as Takeru and Tsukito both gave her questioning looks. “Oh, I’m going to be one of your teachers from now on! So you two will have to address me as Sensei instead of Onee-san!” she laughed, giving them both smiles before bowing politely. “I’m Amaterasu, Japanese Goddess of the Sun! Nice to meet all of you!” she waved, smiling at everyone before continuing “That girl is my messenger, or rather, one of several. She enjoys staying around me for some reason so try not to bother her too much!” she told the group seriously before she turned to Zeus, bowing and telling the male that she would be in her classroom as she turned and walked out.

A few hours later after classes were over and the students were free to do whatever they wanted, since it was beginning to get late, the female, (Name), had found herself hopping up into the tallest tree, sitting on the branch and plucking a flower off the branch as she waited to see someone, anyone really, from her class after hearing from Amaterasu that Zeus had dismissed everyone for summer break already. “’Don’t do anything reckless during summer vacation.’ she says.” The girl rolled her eyes, sitting on the branch in the courtyard as she looked down at the flower in her hand before her ears picked up on voices coming towards her.

“Loki don’t bother her too much. She won’t like you!” Balder tried to stop his childhood friend from going after the kitsune as the girl watched the two before giggling and jumping down and silently walking up to the two.

“Looking for someone?” she asked, scaring Balder which in turn caused the male to fall flat on his back, groaning a bit in pain as Loki stepped over him and stood in front of the girl, looking down at her as she looked up at him, curious silver orbs meeting even more curious (eye color) ones. “Yes?”

“Do it again.” He grinned, wanting to see her shape shift again. Something about the girl drew him to her like a moth to flames, wanting to get to know her as he stepped closer to her, the girl taking an instinctive step back away from him.

“Do what again?” she asked him, a slight shade of pink forming across her cheeks from the close proximity of the male. Sure she teased Yui doing the same action but for some reason her heart had begun to beat faster as the male stepped closer to her until she was pinned against the trunk of a tree and trapped between his arms, the male smirking to her.

“Turn into a fox again.” He stated, blinking down at her as his smirk grew upon seeing her tail flick nervously and her ears lean down than tilt back towards him as his hands dropped slowly, staying against the trunk of the tree until he got to her hips.

“I-I can’t…You’re too close…” she answered quietly, her nerves getting the best of her as he stepped back, motioning for her to go ahead now that he was away from her. The girl swallowed thickly before closing her eyes, focusing her mind and shifting easily into her fox form, the (fur color) fox form she took looking up at him before barking as he picked her up easily, carrying her over to Balder before grinning.

“Look what I caught~!” he grinned mischievously, holding her to him as she squirmed in his grip, whining to be put down to which the red-head promptly refused. “Stop struggling. I’m making you my new pet, koneko-chan!~” he grinned, scratching the fox behind the ears with one hand as the girl instantly relaxed and leaned into his touch, closing her eyes before opening them quickly and beginning to squirm to get out of his hold once more as Balder chuckled. The two began walking, the female blinking before she frowned, shifting her form back into her human form only to realize that she was now being held bridal style by the red head who just smirked, continuing to carry her easily. “I’m not going to hurt you so relax.” He told her, his smirk never leaving his features as mischievous silver eyes looked down at her, something about his expression causing shivers to go down her spine as he set her down once the Norse gods had made it to their homes, the red head trapping her escape route as she looked down, not knowing what to do as the red head walked over to her, twirling a strand of red hair around his fingers before he tilted her chin upwards. “Let’s play a game.” He smirked, the female blinking before nodding her head. Her mind was blank and she had no idea how she had managed to get herself into the situation but one game shouldn’t hurt as she realized quite quickly that the blond had left and the two of them were alone, for the time being.

“U-Um…excuse me but why did you bring me back with you?” she voiced, watching him walk around his room as she sat on his bed, (eye color) irises watching his movements with calculative eyes.

“Easy, because you’re going to be my new toy.” He answered simply, the girl’s eyes widening before dropping to the floor, scared about what his intentions were before she heard laughter as he sat beside her. “I’m lying!” He told her, reaching out and patting her head before he turned his head away and scratched his cheek. “I just wanted to talk to you without that teacher interrupting…” he muttered, having noticed Amaterasu had been watching them closely.

The girl blinked before laughing quietly, “Okay then…You could have just asked instead of picking me up.” She told him, tilting her head to look at him better.

“But this was more fun.” He replied smoothly, leaning back in his bed as he crossed his arms behind his head, yawning before feeling her curl up to him, mumbling something about him being warm as a chuckle reverberated through his chest. “Of course, I’m the god of fire, what did you expect?” he asked her, looking down to see the girl had already fallen asleep curled up against him, surprising the male who smirked, “Sleep well…koneko-chan…” he smirked a bit, turning his body a bit to get more comfortable as he pulled her closer to him, the girl’s ears lowering and her tail flicking against the bed before she snuggled up to him, her sleep undisturbed as he watched her for a bit before he let sleep over take him as well, almost excited about the trip to the beach the guys had decided upon the next day.
